Snow Day???
Can we get a snow day one time??? I hope it snows three feet tonight. I just don't want to deal with Laurie Braaten's Old Testament class at 9 or Marsha Vaughn's Counseling Theories at 1p. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow at 2:45p to find out what the next step is for me and my elbow. I just want to hurry up and get this surgery and get it over it. Our team is going to Minnesota next week to play a four game set at the Metrodome which is gnarly as hell but I'm not too thrilled that I can't pitch. I feel like I miss out at all the good games. Shit happens I guess. Anyways, until next time....

p.s. watched Zombieland again and it was just as funny as the first time.

Super Bowl Sunday
Greeting y'all,
I'd like to start off today by saying that this was the first time in my young adult life that I did not give a rats ass about who won the Super Bowl. That doesn't seem very American of me. I didn't even watch the entire game. To me the most exciting part was seeing the half time show which was played by a British band (the Who of course)! I guess I have just been thinking too much in the last day about having to have elbow surgery that I lost interest in one of the greatest sporting events known to man. Oh and about my elbow, please pray for me. For some reason I am getting nervous about having surgery. I guess I'm just being a pussy. Oh well. Test tomorrow in Sex Health so I need to go study. Until next time...

1st Blog!
2/06/10
So I decided that keeping a blog would be a good way to write down my thoughts without having tons and tons of people I know bugging me about what I write down. I'm also tired of not being able to write more than 140 characters on Twitter and being made fun of for constantly updating my Facebook status. Anyways, today I told my coach that I can no longer pitch this season. The bone spur in my right elbow is too painful and I need to get it cleaned out. I'm probably out for the season (something I used to) unless by the grace of God I recover quickly. I'm pretty bummed about my situation. Judson is going to have a hell of a season this year and I really want to be apart of it but I just don't think my arm can handle it. Besides all of that, I am very blessed. I have a wonderful family back home who is always praying for me, great friends, and a wonderful girlfriend who is always there for me. I don't know what I'd do without all of them. Until next time...
